“Love Letters”

Love, Loss and Everything In Between is an honest and empathetic poetry and prose collection for those seeking to thoughtfully navigate and understand themselves, their emotions, and actions as they relate to love, loss, and more in a rapidly changing world.

Following my divorce that spanned two years and starting (and finishing) my Master’s degree during the pandemic–all at the same time–I felt lost, alone, and confused in my own body, about who I was, and if I could ever love myself enough to love another person again. I turned to poetry to process this time in my life and along the way, found that sharing my experience was helpful, and in many ways cathartic, to those on a similar path.

Love, Loss and Everything In Between is a culmination of the journey.
